JMP Coal Holdings, LLC is a privately-held company headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky (operating under a calendar year ending December 31). The Company, which formed in 2007, owns and operates lines of business that are split into three divisions; energy development, land development, and retail. The profit centers include two full coal mining operations, multiple land developments, and a recreational motorsport dealership.

 

JMP Land Development Division comprised of Premier Lakefront Properties, LTM Enterprises, Lake Developers, Windswept on Cherokee, Patriots Landing Townhomes, Legacy Bay, and LMS Real Estate conducts the purchasing and developing of quality communities in areas filled with beauty and potential for growth.

 

JMP Energy Development Division chiefly consists of Raven Crest Mining and Eagle Creek Mining as the parent company to Raven Crest Minerals, Raven Crest Contracting, Raven Crest Leasing, and Falcon Ridge Leasing. Hawkeye Contracting and Dixie Flash Minerals complete the energy portfolio. These companies own and conduct every facet of surface and underground mining operations in their Eastern Kentucky locations, with productivity and safety as their primary motivations.

 

JMP Retail Division owns and operates Lexington Motorsports which sells parts, recreational vehicles and service in Lexington, Kentucky.
